Delivery Options
We offer a range of tracked services for UK, Europe and Worldwide deliveries.
We are based in the midlands, UK and offer Royal Mail & Evri tracked options for our standard tracked service and we choose the best courier based on your area in the UK.
For international delivery (Europe and Worldwide) we will use a combination of couriers that include Evri, Fedex and UPS based on your location and most efficient courier for delivery.

Restrictions & Taxes
There is no tax and customs on UK addresses as we are based in the UK.
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Baby Bunny invoice.
For US shipping if the value is under 200 U.S Dollars you will not have to pay duties however if over this amount you will be liable to pay import tax.
For Canadian orders you will always be liable to pay import duties and taxes over a value of 60 Canadian Dollars.
For Returns: the product must be packed with a note above the address stating the goods are been returned. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded - at the customer’s expense.
